We are looking for a People Rewards Data Analyst to join our global team. This role sits at the crossroads of compensation, data, and technology: helping us run today’s processes smoothly while shaping tomorrow’s tools and automation.
What you’ll do:
- Work with global compensation data (salary increases, bonuses, equity) and make sure everything runs accurately and on time.
- Explore automation opportunities and support the development of future AI-based tools.
- Translate complex data into clear insights for managers and leaders.
- Build dashboards and reports that show how our pay compares to the market and support fair, transparent decisions.
- Partner with our People Operations team to ensure we have reliable, high-quality data.

What we’re looking for:
- Strong background in data analytics (Excel, SQL, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau).
- Curiosity about HR and Rewards — experience in compensation is a plus, but not required.
- An interest in automation and AI (Python, R, or scripting skills a bonus).
- Detail-oriented and rigorous about data accuracy.
- Ability to explain numbers in a simple, compelling way
