Project handles the complexity of the IEC 61850 standard (international standard defining communication protocols for intelligent electronic devices at electrical substations) and enables conformance to the standard by several Hitachi Energy applications. During this internship you can work on-site in our Kraków office or in hybrid mode (1-2 days per week in the office).
How You'll Make An Impact
- Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages (C# .NET), WinForms and/or WPF
- Write test code coverage
- Work with documentation
- Cooperate with engineers of applications using our tool
- You are a university student (Master's degree students of Computer Science or similar majors preferred)
- Knowledge of .NET C#, WinForms and/or WPF
- You are familiar with asynchronous programming, you have good understanding OOP and SOLID principles
- You can write code based on documentations (International Standards) and/or consultations in English
- You have basic understanding of software design and architecture
- Good written and spoken communication in English
