Job Description
Calibre Tour is a well-established travel agency, bringing 10,000–15,000 pax annually from the ME Markets to Turkey.
We work extensively with hotels in Antalya, Marmaris, Bodrum, Izmir, and Istanbul.
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our growing team.
- Negotiate hotel contracts in key destinations across Turkey
- Monitor dynamic pricing, allotments, and seasonal rates
- Coordinate closely with sales and operations teams
- Identify new hotel partnerships and business opportunities
- Conduct market analysis to maintain competitive pricing
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within the tourism industry
- Strong network of hotel partners and suppliers
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset, proactive, and a team player
- A professional work environment with an international tour operator
