Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Providing accurate personnel and payroll data, ensuring data correctness, compliance with labor laws and internal controls.
  • Administering employee benefits and maintaining data accuracy across HR, procurement, and accounting systems.
  • Supporting managers and employees with queries regarding local HR processes including labor law, payroll, performance, and development.
  • Advising on employee relations, rights, entitlements, and HR policies.
  • Assisting HRBP/HR Manager in implementing global policies, GDPR, and internal regulations.
  • Cooperating with Talent Acquisition to ensure efficient onboarding and recruitment reporting.
  • Managing performance management and learning systems administration.
  • Contributing to HR process improvements, local policy updates, and system implementations.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and minimizing legal risks.
  • Organizing and improving “Welcome Day” and onboarding initiatives.


Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:


  • Good verbal and written business communication in Polish and English.
  • 3 - 5 years of proven experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Autonomous and proactive approach.
  • Very good command of Microsoft Office (O365).
  • Strong organizational & communications skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a complex, dynamic, changing environment in a matrix structure.
  • Logical thinking and ability to learn.
  • Ability to work with deadlines.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Relevant University Degree in HR/Business/Law (nice to have)
