Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and data needs.
- Design and implement data models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- Develop machine learning algorithms to forecast trends and patterns.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
- Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Evolve and scale data processes to handle growing data volumes efficiently.
- Conduct hypothesis testing to validate business and data assumptions.
- Ensure data integrity and quality throughout the data lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data science solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate cutting-edge techniques into models.
- Work with engineering teams to implement data science solutions into production.
- Mentor junior data scientists and support the development of team skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science roles or related fields.
- Proficiency in Python or R and experience with data libraries in the ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, machine learning models, and algorithms.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or equivalent platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
