You will be part of the HR Operations Team that provides responsive and timely delivery of Human Resources-related services to our staff and business units. Reporting to the Manager, HR Operations, you will manage the administration of HR benefits for a pleasant employee experience. In addition, you will conceptualize, plan, and execute employee welfare and engagement activities in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of employee welfare and benefits administration in the following HR operational areas:
- Ensure timely and accurate renewal of all group insurance policies
- Arrange and schedule for statutory health screening for affected employees
- Ensure accurate disbursements and payments of Awards and Recognitions
- Leave administration
- Ensure timely renewal and confirmation of corporate pass booking for employees
- Processing of invoices within the HR Department
- Provide advice to employees on welfare and benefits programs
- Respond to all employee enquiries within three working days
- Disbursement and tracking of Corporate T-Shirts
- Plan and execute all employee engagement activities in Singapore such as the Staff Conference, Family Day and Employee Appreciation Day
- Oversee the HR Department wellness by managing Department assets such as laptops and stationaries
- Participate as ex-co of HSE to ensure health and safety of TUV SUD Staff
- Support all process improvement initiatives to value add to businesses and HR teams
- Proactively build close and effective relationship with management and employees
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Human Resource Management
- Well organised and resourceful with excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
- A good team player with high level of energy, initiative and patience as well as the drive for continuous improvement
- Familiarity with local employment regulations with hands-on experience in SAP HR and/or other HRIS is advantageous
