Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT operation, and business stakeholders to implement and support effective security controls, monitoring systems, and response processes.
- Monitor, triage, and respond to security alerts across endpoints, networks, and cloud environments.
- Investigate potential threats and vulnerabilities, document findings, and support timely remediation of incidents.
- Contribute to data protection initiatives and assist in enforcing compliance with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., PDPA).
- Support physical security functions including access control, surveillance oversight, and incident management tracking.
- Participate in periodic risk assessments, audits, and policy reviews to identify control gaps and recommend enhancements.
- Maintain and fine-tune security tools and processes to improve visibility, detection, and response capabilities.
- Stay up to date with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and evolving security technologies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall security and compliance objectives
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security operations.
- Solid understanding of data protection and privacy principles, including Singapore's PDPA framework.
- Exposure to security monitoring tools (e.g., SIEM, SOAR), endpoint protection platforms, and incident response procedures.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and adaptable mindset.
