We are looking for a Front-End Developer who is proficient with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Redux, Jotai, and react-tracked). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality products is important.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Properly implementing web-based user interactions.
- Helping us in developing new user-facing features, and building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
- Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components.
- Troubleshooting interface issues and debugging application errors.
- Documenting application changes and incorporating updates.
- Monitoring and improving front-end performance.
Minimum:
- Experience with design systems like Evergreen, Spectrum, Material, and Bootstrap.
- Knowledge of state-management libraries like jotai, Redux-toolkit, and react-tracked.
- Experience with the browser-based debugger
- Experience with TDD and BDD, and also experience with testing libraries like mocha, chai, enzyme, and RTL.
- System thinking and curiosity to write better code.
- Experience working with dev-tools.
- Confidence to be open and ask for help when needed
- Problem-solving attitude, proactive, good communication.
- Proficiency with Typescript, Service workers/work-box.
- Knowledge of web accessibility (ARIA)
- Knowledge of profiling
- Proactive, Quick learner, Analytical Thinking, Focus on details.
- High level of ownership
