Frontend Engineer (ReactJS) - Remote

We are seeking a talented Frontend Engineer to build user-facing features and own UI components in a fast-moving, remote startup environment. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver high-quality, responsive, and accessible interfaces. The role involves translating product requirements into functional features, optimizing performance, and continuously improving the user experience. Ideal candidates are proactive, skilled in ReactJS, and passionate about creating seamless interfaces that delight users. Accountabilities:

• Build and maintain frontend components and features using ReactJS
• Translate product designs and requirements into functional, high-quality user interfaces
• Ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and performance optimization of frontend code
• Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product teams to ship impactful features
• Conduct code reviews, maintain clean code, and adhere to frontend best practices
• Contribute to improving frontend architecture, tooling, and development processes
• Take ownership of the user experience, iterating and refining interfaces based on feedback
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of frontend development experience in a product-based company
• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern frontend frameworks
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development best practices
• Familiarity with state management tools such as Redux or Context API
• Experience building responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces
• Ability to integrate frontend with RESTful APIs and backend services
• Strong debugging, testing, and performance optimization skills
• Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote-first, fast-paced environment
• Bonus: Experience with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, or frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite)
