The dedicated programme and project management (PPM) teams offer clients many advantages. Responsible and creative leadership; insights drawn from other sectors; and the confidence of an experienced team, ready to take on the largest and most complex commissions. Arup's huge range of skills and experience means we can spot opportunities others miss.
Our Programme and Project Management team provides professional services across a wide range of strategic and complex projects in many sectors including Water, Industry, Transport, Energy, Infrastructure, Property, Local Government, Sports, Media, and Workplace.
Some of the professional services we deliver to our clients include: Programme and Project management; Programme / Project Management Office (PMO); Business Transformation; Process Improvement; and Project Controls on complex building & infrastructure projects often, but not exclusively, as part of a multidisciplinary Arup service offering.
Whether design and construction related, or business strategy and improvement related, our multi-disciplinary approach ensures we provide our clients with consistent, high quality, tailored solutions to meet their complex requirements, which we deliver through our projects and programmes. Skilled at articulating the need and gathering requirements; defining the baseline scope; managing the successful delivery whilst ensuring that budgets and schedules are respected; and transitioning the outputs to end users, Arup Programme & Project Managers are the glue that holds project teams together throughout the lifecycle. Our Midlands-based PPM team across Birmingham and Nottingham is diverse, vibrant, and growing.
