About the role

As a Software Engineer at Odoo, you will develop and maintain custom solutions for our clients, from small adjustments to large feature developments. You will handle the full proces, from technical analysis to development and support, while collaborating closely with internal Business Analysts.

You will be based in our Antwerp office, with an onboarding period in Louvain-la-Neuve and the possibility to work remotely up to 40% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software features in Odoo
• Translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions
• Ensure long-term stability and maintainability of your code
• Provide support and training to internal teams and partners

Profile

• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Solid programming skills (any language background)
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude
• Open to both junior and experienced developers

Onboarding

As our Antwerp team is being established, the new hire will complete their onboarding at Odoo's headquarters in Louvain-la-Neuve for a period of three months. The first month will be fully on-site, followed by up to 40% remote work for the remaining two months.

The starting date is flexible and will be determined in consultation with the successful candidate.
