Introduction
A leading financial institution is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Performance Consultant to drive its digital marketing and analytics initiatives during a key phase of transformation.
You’ll ensure campaigns perform, insights flow, and data drives smarter decisions.
This is a one-year consultancy assignment (3/5 FTE) with 1–2 days per week on-site in Turnhout.
Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for digital campaign performance and analytics.
- Coordinate with agencies to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns (including organic and paid LinkedIn).
- Gather, interpret, and present performance data — turning insights into actionable recommendations.
- Manage and enhance company websites, ensuring updates, SEO optimization, and alignment with content strategy.
- Support product-focused initiatives , ensuring structured reporting and alignment with media plans.
- Track and improve digital performance across platforms and channels.
- Collaborate with the Content Strategist to ensure data-informed storytelling and campaign coherence.
Experience & Competences
- Solid experience in digital marketing, performance management, and analytics, preferably in B2B or financial services.
- Skilled with analytics and campaign tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, reporting dashboards).
- Analytical mindset: able to translate data into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Experience managing websites and collaborating with technical teams.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
- Autonomous, hands-on, and results-oriented.
