Integration Manager – Hyperscale Data Centre Project | Finland

We’re looking for an experienced Integration Manager to play a key role in delivering one of Europe’s most advanced data centre developments. You’ll be at the heart of the project—bringing design, construction, and commissioning teams together to ensure everything connects seamlessly.

In this role, you’ll coordinate multiple disciplines, manage interfaces across MEP and CSA systems, and keep the project aligned with timelines, budgets, and quality targets. You’ll thrive on collaboration, problem-solving, and ensuring every moving part works in perfect sync.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive integration across all project scopes, ensuring clear communication and coordination between teams.
  • Lead integration planning, execution, and milestone tracking to keep deliverables on target.
  • Manage construction phasing for MEP and CSA systems, ensuring smooth handovers between disciplines.
  • Produce regular progress reports covering design, procurement, build, and commissioning stages.
  • Develop and maintain the Integration Execution Plan to enhance efficiency and consistency.
  • Chair integration meetings with both internal and client teams, promoting transparency and accountability.
  • Support telecom material procurement and compliance with established procedures.
  • Oversee commissioning, snagging, and handover activities.
  • Contribute to design reviews and workshops, offering integration expertise and guidance.
  • Coordinate site onboarding and ensure all health and safety standards are met.

About You

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management or integration—ideally within data centres, pharma, or other complex builds.
  • Deep understanding of MEP and CSA systems, with proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Telecoms or technical systems experience is a plus.
  • Strong communicator, highly organised, and comfortable leading coordination in fast-paced environments.
  • Must have experience in Europe/UK.

Why This Role

  • Be part of a high profile data centre project setting new standards across Europe.
  • Enjoy real career development and professional growth opportunities.
  • Competitive package and supportive, high-performing team culture.
