Regional Sustainability Program Manager, Protection Security Systems

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in program or project management in an enterprise, cloud, or technology environment.
  • Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience with security systems infrastructure projects and deployment management with 7 years of Program Management experience.
  • Experience leading and managing large-scale, multiple, simultaneous security systems sustainability projects, with competing resources and priorities, to successful delivery and completion.
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment, working independently and as a team on multiple initiatives and stand-alone projects with limited direction from executive management.
  • Ability to be creative, and independent.
  • Excellent program management, communication, investigative, and problem solving skills.

About The Job

In this role, you will support keeping Googlers safe and secure to managing disruptive incidents and crises, the ability to anticipate, deter, detect, and act are the pillars of Google’s Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS) team. As a member of GSRS, you will help develop a culture where safety, security and resiliency are integrated into every facet of Google, including the creative process. You will help us continually identify, evaluate and monitor enterprise risks that could affect business activities and provide business leaders the information they need to make critical decisions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop programs that drive sustainable effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, log, prioritize, and troubleshoot all incoming client service requests across multiple channels, creating and managing work orders in the system.
  • Ensure efficient scheduling and dispatch of vendor partners, actively monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain high service levels and controlling cost while executing regional and global sustainability programs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and ambassador, ensuring clear, proactive, and timely communication with all stakeholders regarding service progress, scheduling changes, issue resolution, and professionally managing all inquiries and complaints.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date service records and contract information, financially overseeing small works estimation, invoices, and payments, and supporting platform development and compliance documentation.
  • Liaise closely with vendor technical teams.
