Project Manager

PuntoUP Professional Recruitment is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager for its client, a company specialized in designing and executing architectural façade systems. The company is known for combining innovation, precision engineering, and aesthetic excellence in delivering complex construction projects across Europe.

Location: Romania, with monthly business trips to France

Main Purpose of the Job: The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and implementing façade projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, ensuring that all phases are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Job Profile:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor all stages of a project—from concept to completion.
• Establish and ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Participate in project meetings and prepare all necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise delivery and installation deadlines and monitor payments and work situations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:

• University degree in a technical field (Construction or Engineering).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Strong teamwork, analytical, and planning skills.
• Self-driven, with the ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and strong results orientation.
• Intermediate level of French language.
• Computer proficiency: Outlook, Microsoft Excel, etc.
