Strategic Project Manager

Today, we are looking for a Strategic Project Manager (50% to start) someone capable of turning vision into action, driving cross-functional projects, and advancing multiple strategic initiatives in parallel, within a dynamic, creative, and fast-evolving environment.

Your Mission

As a key partner to the Founder & CEO, you will:

• Structure, plan and coordinate the execution of strategic projects (CRM implementation, sponsorships, editorial & digital initiatives...).
• Translate high-level ideas into clear, actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Align stakeholders (consultants, partners, internal team) and ensure efficient collaboration and progress tracking.
• Monitor KPIs, anticipate risks and provide regular, synthetic reporting to the management.
• Contribute to business cases and identify opportunities to enhance value creation across projects.

Profile

You are a strategist who knows how to execute. You bring structure without slowing things down. You understand business models, not just tasks.

• 7–12 years of experience in project management, consulting or business operations.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM or digital transformation projects (functional, not necessarily technical).
• Excellent communication and synthesis skills you know how to make complex simple.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, intellectual curiosity, and high personal standards.
• Swiss work permit (or eligibility to work in Switzerland) is mandatory.
• This freelance or Swiss portage-based collaboration will start at 50%, with the potential to evolve as projects expand.
