What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a freelance UX Designer to help improve the overall user experience of our web platform. You’ll help us make the platform more intuitive, engaging, and efficient for both task posters and helpers.

Responsibilities:

  • Review the existing website and map the current user flow (registration, posting, browsing, messaging).
  • Identify pain points and usability issues.
  • Propose and design improved user journeys, wireframes, or prototypes.
  • Help plan and conduct user feedback sessions.
  • Deliver a short UX report with recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Strong grasp of usability principles and accessibility.
  • Proficiency with tools like Figma.
  • Basic knowledge of user research and testing.
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and visually.

This can be a short bullet list or a few quick notes — we value insight over polish.

What We Offer:

  • Flexible freelance work (remote or hybrid).
  • Opportunity to shape the UX of an early-stage startup.
  • A friendly, purpose-driven environment.
