We’re searching for an Environmental & Energy Sales Engineer, based in Istanbul or Aydın, who’s ready to make an impact in the environmental and energy sector. If you’re into solving problems, driving sales, and being part of a team that’s shaping the future, this role is for you.


What You’ll Do


  • Visit customers and factories, listen to their needs, and show them how our solutions can add value.
  • Plan your weekly travel schedule and set up smart meetings.
  • Break down customer requests, prepare project summaries, and pick the right machinery for the job.
  • Team up with other departments for cost studies and get the pricing right.
  • Create proposals, share them with customers, and adjust when needed.
  • Negotiate like a pro, lock in commercial terms, and move contracts forward.
  • Track projects from purchase orders to payments, and organize factory acceptance when needed.
  • Stay ahead of the game by joining fairs and industry events.


What We’re Looking For


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
  • Experience in environmental, energy, or industrial equipment sales.
  • English B2 or above – you use it confidently in meetings, emails, and presentations.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Open to frequent travel, in Turkey and abroad.
