About This Opportunity

We are excited to announce the opportunity to join Ericsson as an IT Engineer. In this role, you will have the chance to provide operational support for a service. This position involves basic technical expertise across OpenShift ecosystems, container infrastructure, networking, database knowledge and Linux system administration.

What You Will Do

• Installation / configuration of customer infrastructure with third-party supervision
• Monitoring, optimization and tuning of the infrastructure installed
• Dimensioning, capacity planning, support the selection of products
• Study the impacts of the system
• Writing technical documentation
• Develops IT codes & interfaces
• Basic Unit and function test the code
• Debug and correct SW faults
• Troubleshoot IT Application
• Incident Management. Restoring normal service operation (within SLA limits) as quickly as possible while minimizing the impact on business operations
• Problem Management. TT management and root cause troubleshooting for Incidents to initiate actions to improve or correct the situation
• Support E2E process quality
• Plan/design/develop scripts to monitor the business processes KPIs(volumes/performances) and the data quality and data alignment
• Plan/design/develop scripts/data needed for the execution of technical jobs(recursive/one-shot)
• Preparation of models for the estimation of volume growth and planning/design the future needs in terms of hardware and software licenses
  
  

The Skills You Bring

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mobile Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or similar- Capacity Planning, SRM Process, forecasting tools and data analytics.
• Team player with very good collaboration skills
• Basic Linux commands
• Basic SQL query
• Basic Network knowledge
