Réalta Technologies are looking for an Automation / AIM Systems Engineer with hands-on experience in Kongsberg’s AIM platform. This role will focus on maintaining and optimizing the site’s Asset Information Management system, ensuring seamless integration between automation, maintenance, and engineering data.

- Configure, maintain, and optimize the Kongsberg AIM system to ensure accurate and efficient management of asset, process, and maintenance information.
- Integrate AIM with control systems (DCS/PLC/SCADA), CMMS, and engineering databases to support a unified operational data environment.
- Manage data models, asset hierarchies, and metadata to maintain consistency and traceability across systems.
- Collaborate with automation, IT, and process engineering teams to deliver digitalization and data integrity initiatives.
- Support system upgrades, validation, and cybersecurity compliance in line with pharmaceutical GxP standards.
- Develop and maintain user access controls, audit trails, and system documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and technical support to end users for navigation, reporting, and data retrieval within AIM.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects, leveraging AIM data for reliability and performance analytics.
- Degree in Automation, IT, or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with Kongsberg AIM system configuration, administration, or integration.
- Understanding of automation and control system architectures (DCS/PLC/SCADA) and how they interface with data management platforms.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing systems and GxP / GAMP 5 compliance.
- Strong analytical and data management skills, with attention to detail and traceability.
- Experience working in regulated industries or large-scale asset management environments.
