We’re looking for a Project Manager to oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams, clients, and creators. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering work that is both creative and meticulously managed.


You’ll be a key driver in bringing campaigns to life from ideation to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met with excellence.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead day-to-day management of campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
  • Collaborate closely with account managers, creative, and production teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate with influencers, content creators, and vendors for deliverables, contracts, and logistics.
  • Track and manage project budgets, timelines, and resourcing.
  • Anticipate challenges and provide proactive solutions to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Maintain internal documentation and project trackers for alignment across departments.
  • Support post-campaign reporting by consolidating performance metrics and insights.


What You Bring:

  • 2–4 years of experience in project management, digital marketing, or agency operations (experience with influencer or content-led campaigns is a plus).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable interfacing with both clients and internal teams.
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude and the ability to work under tight timelines.
  • Passion for content, social media, and the creator economy.
