Full-Stack Software Engineer (0–4 Years Experience)

Compensation: $110,000 – $190,000 base + 0.5 – 2.0% equity

The Role

We’re looking for a full-stack engineer who can work across the product—front to back—to ship features that thousands of users will touch. You’ll work directly with the founding team, contribute to technical decisions, and help shape the future of our platform.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and ship features across the stack using React / Next.js, Node.js / TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
  • Work closely with design and product to turn ideas into smooth, high-performance experiences.
  • Write clean, scalable, testable code and review peers’ work for quality.
  • Help design APIs, optimize databases, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
  • Contribute to a high-velocity engineering culture that values iteration, clarity, and ownership.


What We’re Looking For

  • 0–4 years of software engineering experience (internships, co-ops, or projects count).
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one modern front-end framework (React, Next.js).
  • Basic to intermediate backend experience with Node.js, Express, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB).
  • Curiosity, self-drive, and a bias toward shipping.
  • Comfortable wearing many hats and learning fast in a startup environment.


Bonus Points

  • Exposure to AI/ML tools, APIs, or prompt-based workflows.
  • Experience deploying on AWS, Vercel, or GCP.
  • Previous startup or side-project experience demonstrating initiative.
