The senior coordinator, partner resources role plays a critical role in ensuring consistent operations of PRO processes that support the partner experience and is a key member of the PRO Business Partner team. From ensuring partner data quality, to resolving organizational structure issues, to ensuring open positions are posted, to making sure our partner pay is correct, this role is often the glue that connects all the pieces together.
In partnership with our PRO business partners, some sr. partner resources coordinator roles provide support to our global teams around the world in collaboration with our PRO colleagues in EMEA, LATAM, CAP and our Farmer Support Centers.
As a senior coordinator, partner resources, you will…
- Ensure partner data, processes, transactions and systems are managed to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a positive partner experience.
- Support PRO business partners and partners in answering and resolving complex problems and questions.
- Support projects and initiatives led by the PRO team to improve talent and the partner experience.
- Work within the teams you support to ensure a seamless partner experience for our partners.
- The flexibility to meet the demands of the business unit across multiple time zones as needed.
- A strong passion for HR with a desire to pursue future roles within the Starbucks PRO function.
- The ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and look for ways to improve processes and gain efficiencies.
- A desire to partner closely with their team and peers resulting in successful outcomes for the business and our partners.
- 3+ years of project related support or equivalent
- 3+ years of general office administration
- 3+ years of customer service experience

- If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
