We’re looking for a Product Designer who thrives at the intersection of aesthetic design, usability, and business outcomes. Someone who can design systems and interfaces that are not just beautiful but perform, scale, and make business sense.
You’ll collaborate with designers, developers, and strategists to build high-quality experiences across multiple products, often solving complex problems through thoughtful design.
- Design intuitive, scalable interfaces for SaaS and enterprise web applications.
- Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UI guidelines.
- Balance design aesthetics with usability, accessibility, and conversion goals.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure technical feasibility of design decisions.
- Translate complex user flows into simple, engaging interaction models.
- Contribute to ideation, research, prototyping, and handoff documentation.
- Handle multiple ongoing projects comfortably in a fast-paced, startup-style workflow.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing systematic, end-to-end product design.
- Proficiency in Figma with a solid understanding of Design Systems.
- Deep understanding of interaction design, UX flows, and user-centered principles.
- Must understand basic tech feasibility (HTML/CSS awareness).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align with developers and business teams.
- Familiarity with Framer/Webflow basics or experience with interactive prototypes.
- Motion design knowledge using Rive or After Effects.
- Work on complex, high-impact projects with global brands and funded startups.
- Learn from a multidisciplinary team across design, development, and automation.
- Enjoy creative autonomy, ownership, and the freedom to experiment.
- Contribute to building products that balance creativity and performance.
