Python Developer - AI/ML Solutions

Join Architect, where we're developing intelligent, high-impact solutions that blend backend excellence with cutting-edge AI applications.

What You'll Do

Architect and build robust Python applications using Django/FastAPI with REST/GraphQL APIs.
Design end-to-end AI/ML pipelines with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LangChain for production use cases.
Build LLM and RAG systems using LangChain/LangGraph, integrating OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and Azure OpenAI APIs.
Work with Hugging Face Transformers for model fine-tuning and deployment of transformer architectures (BERT, GPT, LLaMA).
Design PostgreSQL databases with pgvector and integrate vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) for semantic search.
Deploy and monitor ML models with MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS infrastructure (SageMaker, Lambda, EC2).
Implement Redis caching, Celery for background tasks, and CI/CD pipelines with - 80% test coverage.
Collaborate through code reviews, API documentation, and Agile methodologies.

What We're Looking For

2-5 years of Python (3.9+) development with strong AI/ML background.
Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and LLM APIs.
Strong proficiency in Django/FastAPI, PostgreSQL with pgvector, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Weights & Biases), Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS cloud services.
Knowledge of AI security principles, automated testing (pytest), and Git workflows.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills.

Bonus Points

Experience with advanced LLM fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA, RLHF) or model optimization techniques.
Familiarity with workflow orchestration (Airflow, Prefect), infrastructure as code (Terraform), or model serving frameworks.
Background in statistics, optimization, or open-source AI/ML contributions.
