The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategic development and execution of their core AI platform capabilities. This role is pivotal in taking products from concept to clinical deployment - directly impacting millions of patients and clinicians around the world.

You’ll collaborate with world-class clinicians, AI scientists, and engineers to shape how healthcare operates in the age of intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for core AI platform capabilities and clinical features.
• Partner with clinicians, data scientists, and regulatory experts to ensure compliance with MDR/FDA and GDPR/HIPAA standards.
• Lead initiatives that enhance performance metrics such as adoption, engagement, and quality (precision/recall, OSCE pass rates).
• Translate complex clinical and technical requirements into actionable product plans.
• Drive data-informed experimentation to continuously optimize outcomes.
• Balance innovation with safety, ethics, and compliance across all product decisions.

About You

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in healthcare or healthtech.
• Track record scaling B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms in fast-moving environments.
• Deep collaboration experience across engineering, AI, and clinical teams.
• Evidence of driving measurable product impact - adoption, retention, or clinical performance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with AI-driven products (LLMs, cognitive architectures, decision-support systems).

Nice to have: experience with medical device standards (ISO13485, ISO14971), EHR integrations (Epic, Cerner), or direct clinical experience.
