Your Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring high standards are maintained regarding the management of Ministerial and executive briefs, parliamentary documents and correspondence.
- Managing diary and coordinating documents that are of a high standard, are fit for purpose and delivered within specified or agreed timeframes
- Developing content which is complete, accurate and meets the standards of clarity and brevity consistent with procedures, set style guides and writing protocols.
- Ensuring confidential and sensitive information is managed appropriately.
- Developing, monitoring and evaluating systems and processes to ensure the effective management and workflow of ministerial and executive correspondence, reporting and responses.
- Developing and maintaining positive communication and working relationships with officers throughout the division, including senior executives, and providing advice as and when required.
- Maintaining effective relationships with the Director-General and Minister's offices and external agencies in relation to the timely provision of relevant executive and Ministerial documents
