We’re looking for a DevOps Developer who loves building fast, resilient, and scalable systems. You’ll bring a solid software engineering background, hands-on AWS and Kubernetes experience, and a passion for crafting reliable infrastructure that supports real-time video technologies.
What you’ll do
You’ll design, build, and manage cloud-native systems that keep our global products running smoothly. From improving CI/CD pipelines to enhancing observability and security, you’ll work closely with developers to streamline deployments and keep everything performing at its best.
Your responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for reliable, fast releases
- Designing and managing AWS infrastructure with scalability and security in mind
- Developing and maintaining Kubernetes clusters and containerised applications
- Automating provisioning and configuration using Terraform or CloudFormation
- Monitoring performance and system health using modern observability tools
- Implementing infrastructure security, backups, and disaster recovery strategies
- Collaborating with development teams to troubleshoot and optimise workflows
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering
- Strong experience with AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, ECS/EKS, VPC, CloudWatch)
- Proven experience with Kubernetes in production environments
- Software engineering background (Python, Java, C++, or similar)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions
- Proficiency with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Comfortable in Linux environments and Git-based workflows
Monitoring tools (experience with any is a plus):
Sumo Logic, Splunk, OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Datadog
Bonus points for:
- Experience with video hosting platforms or streaming infrastructure
- Exposure to low-latency or real-time video systems
- API design or integration experience
- Knowledge of SRE principles, SLAs/SLIs, and cloud cost optimisation
If you’re a motivated engineer who takes pride in building world-class systems and enjoys working on products used across the globe, we’d love to hear from you.
