What you'll do
We are seeking an HR Coordinator to support our HR Manager and the wider business in delivering key people initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their HR career to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of HR activities within a dynamic professional services environment.
You'll be involved in:
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding administration (posting job ads, scheduling interviews, preparing new starter documents, assistance with induction and onboarding)
- Maintaining HR records and ensuring data accuracy in HR systems (BambooHR and Workable)
- Supporting learning and development coordination
- Assisting with HR reporting and compliance tasks
- Coordinating employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Helping prepare documentation for performance reviews and other HR processes
- Providing general administrative support to the HR team
You'll bring enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in and care for our people and organisational culture.
Ideally, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications (or working towards) in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in an HR, recruitment or administrative role
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Confidence working with Microsoft Office and HR software (BambooHR, Workable)
- A collaborative, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
