FSC work on civil infrastructure projects for various clients in the road, rail, tunnelling, utilities and associated sectors. What you'll do

We are seeking an HR Coordinator to support our HR Manager and the wider business in delivering key people initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their HR career to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of HR activities within a dynamic professional services environment.

You'll be involved in:

  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding administration (posting job ads, scheduling interviews, preparing new starter documents, assistance with induction and onboarding)
  • Maintaining HR records and ensuring data accuracy in HR systems (BambooHR and Workable)
  • Supporting learning and development coordination
  • Assisting with HR reporting and compliance tasks
  • Coordinating employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
  • Helping prepare documentation for performance reviews and other HR processes
  • Providing general administrative support to the HR team

What we're looking for

You'll bring enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in and care for our people and organisational culture.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications (or working towards) in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in an HR, recruitment or administrative role
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Confidence working with Microsoft Office and HR software (BambooHR, Workable)
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
