Junior JavaScript Developer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Junior JavaScript Developer to join our team in transforming how software is presented to sales and marketing teams. This role offers an opportunity to work with a state-of-the-art demo platform and collaborate across teams like Solutions Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Product Development specialists to deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities

• Deliver custom demo environments and Proof of Concept (POC) builds designed to inspire and align with prospects' technical needs
• Resolve challenges such as Authentication and web application rendering to ensure seamless demo experiences
• Assist in crafting AI-enhanced solutions and automations that accelerate operational efficiency
• Translate customer feedback and requirements into tangible contributions for the product roadmap
• Create and manage a centralized demo asset library and resources to support internal teams and maintain standardization
• Draft technical statements of work and detailed activity reports for stakeholders, highlighting results, key insights, and challenges

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a relevant technical role, focused on web development
• Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with skills in web request diagnostics
• Understanding of browser and network behavior, web request-response cycles, authentication methods like OAuth and JWT, browser storage solutions like localStorage and cookies, and frontend/backend interaction patterns
• Proficiency in tools like Chrome DevTools or comparable browser developer platforms
• Competency in applying AI solutions to improve workflows
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simplified terms and tailor messages to diverse audiences
• Adaptability to fast-paced startup settings and shifting project requirements
• Continuous improvement mindset aimed at identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions
• Familiarity with workflows of sales and marketing teams to align efforts with the company’s mission and values
• Proactive mindset with a bias for swift, effective problem-solving
• Flexibility to work overlapping hours until 1 PM ET for CEE candidates
• Fluency in English at a B1 proficiency level or higher

Nice to have

• Background in rendering and diagnosing enterprise web application issues
• Familiarity with workflows in customer success or sales enablement platforms
