We are searching for a talented and driven Junior JavaScript Developer to join our team in reshaping the way software is demonstrated for sales and marketing professionals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a state-of-the-art demo platform while working closely with cross-functional teams, such as Solutions Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Product Development experts, to ensure outstanding deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Deliver custom demo environments and Proof of Concept (POC) builds that inspire and align with prospects' technical needs
- Address challenges such as authentication and web application rendering to ensure seamless demo experiences
- Develop AI-integrated solutions and automations that accelerate operational efficiency
- Translate customer feedback and requirements into actionable contributions for the product roadmap
- Maintain and enhance a centralized demo asset library and resources to support internal teams and promote consistency
- Prepare technical statements of work and detailed activity reports for customers, product teams, and leadership, focusing on outcomes, insights, and obstacles
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a relevant technical role, with expertise in web development
- Knowledge of web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with skills in web request diagnostics
- Understanding of browser and network behaviors, web request-response cycles, authentication mechanisms like OAuth and JWT, browser storage solutions like localStorage and cookies, and frontend/backend interaction patterns
- Proficiency in tools such as Chrome DevTools or similar browser developer environments
- Competency in implementing AI solutions to refine workflows
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts in accessible language, tailored to diverse audience needs
- Adaptability to fast-paced startup environments and shifting project demands
- Continuous improvement mindset to identify and resolve inefficiencies
- Empathy and familiarity with the workflows of sales and marketing teams, aligning with the company's mission and values
- Bias for action, demonstrating initiative in problem-solving
- Flexibility to overlap work hours until 1 PM ET for CEE candidates
- Fluency in English at a proficiency level of B1 or higher
