Responsibilities
- Maintain and update project and program-level plans with non-PM collaborators
- Assist in general PMO activities to ensure accurate and timely status reporting
- Track and manage project risks, issues, and change requests
- Support cost control and actuals tracking based on budget management needs
- Coordinate communication between project stakeholders
- Ensure projects remain up to date and aligned with goals
- Facilitate change management processes to minimize disruptions
- Report project status to senior management and clients
- Monitor project progress and escalate concerns as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes
Requirements
- Experience in project management with 2+ years in management roles
- Knowledge of budget and cost management principles
- Familiarity with change management methodologies
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
- Experience with risk management and reporting practices
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar project management tools
- English language proficiency at the B2+ level
