- Operational Support: Manage technical support for end-user services, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of issues.

- Reporting: Prepare and present monthly reports on the status, performance, and needs of the EUS area.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage IT projects including the EUS area, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Global EUS Area Responsibility: Oversee and manage the global end-user service area, ensuring consistent and high-quality IT support across all locations.
- Technical IT Experience: Proven experience in end-user service area, network, and Active Directory.
- Operating Systems: Deep understanding of Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems.
- Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively in a high-skilled team, with strong collaboration skills.
- ITIL Environment: Experience working in an ITIL environment, with an understanding of ITIL principles and practices.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. They will be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and will have excellent problem-solving skills.
- German fluent speaking, English speaking
