Senior Full Stack Engineer (m/f/d)- Home office possible
 
Your new role: 

  • Implement features and address defects based on inputs and requirements provided by the product team

  • Develop automated tests to ensure the stability, scalability, and high-quality standards of the software

  • Ensure quality and smooth delivery of code changes with industry best practices as pull requests-workflow and comprehensive continuous integration

  • Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure well-designed and accurate solutions.

  • Stay informed on the latest advancements in software engineering and the healthcare domain, contributing to continuous improvement.

  • Over time, become a technical expert in the healthcare and hospital imaging domain, including standards like FHIR and DICOM

Your skills:

  • Bachelor degree or higher in related field is a plus, but not required

  • 3+ years of professional experience with backend frameworks in the Java ecosystem, such as Quarkus or similar technologies

  • 3+ years of professional experience with backend frameworks in the Java ecosystem, such as Quarkus or similar technologies

  • Profound experience with persistence technologies, such as JPA/Hibernate, and relational databases like Oracle or PostgreSQL

  • Proficiency with modern web development using SPA frameworks like React, Angular or Vue

  • Emphasis on software quality through automated testing and experience with CI/CD pipelines

  • Experience with tools like Git, Maven, and Linux

  • Hands-on experience in agile development teams

  • Fluent in English witten and spoken

Optional, desirable qualifications:

  • Proficiency in containerization with familiarity in Kubernetes and/or Docker for deployments

  • Experience with microservice architecture, design patterns, cloud-native principles, and software engineering best practices

  • German language knowledge
