Senior Business Intelligence Analyst
Overview:
We’re partnering with a leading Digital Transformation Provider working closely with a major EU Institution on a long-term data modernization program. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving business insights and decision-making through advanced reporting, dashboarding, and analytics using Power BI as the core tool. Experience with Qlik Sense or Tableau is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, understand, and translate requirements into visual analytics solutions
- Perform data analysis and modelling to support business decisions and identify trends or patterns
- Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency across BI solutions
- Support end users with self-service analytics and provide guidance on BI best practices
Technical Requirements:
- 10–13 years of total experience, with strong expertise in Power BI (advanced DAX, Power Query, and data modelling)
- Solid experience in data visualization, business analysis, and data storytelling
- Familiarity with Qlik Sense or Tableau (advantageous but not essential)
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ideally in international or public sector environments

Contract Details:
Location: Remote/Hybrid - Brussels
Contract Type: 6 months initially, with potential 12+ month extensions
