The $SRC Ecosystem is a next-generation AI and blockchain-powered platform addressing the $2.5 trillion trade finance gap by empowering SMEs through tokenized trade finance, digitized trade documents, and seamless cross-border settlement. Backed by partnerships with ICC, CCPIT, TCP, Ripple, and MEXC, the $SRC Ecosystem is building on EVM chain technology and developing its own $SRC Chain. We are preparing to raise $4.5M in our seed token offering and scale globally with institutional and non-institutional investors.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Chief Investment Officer (CIO) with proven fundraising expertise and deep investor networks in Web3, blockchain, and global finance. The CIO will lead all capital-raising initiatives across seed, private, and public token rounds, and position the $SRC Ecosystem as a leading player in tokenized trade finance. This role is highly strategic and requires a balance of investor relations, capital markets expertise, and Web3 ecosystem insights.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising Leadership: Drive and manage capital raising efforts for seed, private, and public token rounds.

Investor Network Expansion: Leverage existing relationships with VCs, family offices, institutional investors, and high-net-worth individuals to secure investment commitments.

Deal Structuring: Design, negotiate, and execute investment agreements aligned with tokenomics, regulatory frameworks, and project growth.

Advisory & Positioning: Develop and communicate compelling investment narratives around the $SRC Ecosystem’s value proposition in trade finance, RWA tokenization, and AI.

Market Intelligence: Monitor trends in Web3, tokenized assets, and DeFi to position the project competitively.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, exchanges, and investors throughout the fundraising lifecycle.

Compliance Alignment: Collaborate with the legal/compliance team to ensure fundraising aligns with MiCA and other global regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven Fundraising Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in investment banking, venture capital, asset management, or Web3 fundraising, with a track record of closing multimillion-dollar rounds.

Web3 & Tokenomics Expertise: Deep understanding of token offerings, blockchain ecosystems, and crypto capital markets.

Investor Connections: Strong network of VCs, family offices, and institutional investors active in Web3, fintech, and real-world assets.

Strategic Leadership: Ability to design capital strategies and execute large-scale fundraising campaigns.

Financial Acumen: Solid grasp of corporate finance, deal structuring, and investment strategy.

Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills to engage with top-tier investors and stakeholders.

Education: Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields; MBA or CFA preferred.
