We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Product Owner, Integrations to join TecHub Integration & Automation team.

In this position you would be responsible for the ownership of Posti's integration platforms. Product Owner plays a key role in managing the development and evolution of the integration platforms in alignment with Posti digitalization strategy.

Since this role includes a wide range of different responsibilities, both technical and non-technical we expect you to be able to grasp complex tasks in a changing environment and have an open mind and willingness to adapt. As you will be working as part of a team and with our subcontracting partners, we appreciate strong social skills and an overall friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Defining and communicating the vision and value proposition of the integration platforms.
  • Driving the platform strategy, execution and continuous improvement of integration services.
  • Aligning the platform roadmap with business targets, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation strategies.
  • Owning and managing the product backlog for the integration platforms.
  • Prioritizing features, enhancements, and technical debt in alignment with business value and technical feasibility.
  • Managing the budget and ensuring integration development meets the business value
  • Collaborating with business units, ICT teams, solution architects, and integration consumers to gather requirements.
  • Coordinating with internal team and external vendors and partners to ensure smooth delivery of integration services.
  • Enforcing integration standards, patterns, best practices across the organization.
  • Improving and documenting integration processes, technical designs, and standard operating procedures.

To succeed in this position, we hope that you have:

  • Proven hands-on experience (5+ years) in integration development and management, preferably integration developer, architect or integration platform ownership background.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and deliver measurable business results.
  • Experience in cost and vendor management and negotiating third-party agreements.
  • Strong understanding and experience in integration technologies, architecture and platform technolgies, such as Boomi, Solace, Biztalk, or similar.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and Cloud Managed Services.
  • Applicable bachelor’s or master’s degree level education.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Finnish language skills.
