Job Description
We are looking for an experienced product designer to join our team in Paris. You will report directly to our head of product and will be embedded in one of our three product engineering squads. You'll partner with a senior designer to shape the future of AI-powered healthcare user experience.
As a Product Designer At Qantev, You Will
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to deliver intuitive and impactful product experiences
- Translate complex product requirements into simple and elegant user interfaces, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs
- Develop detailed design guidelines and documentation to support development teams
- Partner with product management to integrate user-centered thinking into all delivery
- Foster a strong design culture through mentorship, advocacy, and cross-functional collaboration
- Plan and execute comprehensive user research initiatives, including usability testing and data analysis
- Transform research findings into actionable design strategies that drive product decisions
- Drive key product metrics including user engagement, feature adoption, and overall satisfaction
- Establish design standards and best practices across the organization
We need someone who can hit the ground running, seeks constant feedback and who sees design as a collaborative data-driven process to bring the best user experience to our users. You balance creative problem-solving with disciplined execution.
- 3+ years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS B2B environments.
- Proven track record of translating user insights into successful design solutions that drive business outcomes, portfolio to show for it.
- Excellent design craftsmanship with ability to quickly master new UI patterns and components and turn abstract ideas and complex data into clear, actionable UI solutions.
- Proficiency with modern design tools and rapid prototyping methods, design systems and component-based design.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive at seeking and implementing feedback, balancing user needs with business imperatives and technical constraints, comfortable working directly with engineers.
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to experiment with new tools, techniques and UI trends to keep our products fresh.
- Fluency in English (Both verbal and written). French and additional languages are a plus.
