They are looking for a Team Lead, Data Analytics to strengthen our Business Intelligence department. In this role, you’ll guide a talented team of four analysts and ensure that every team


Responsibilities;


As the Lead for Data Analytics, you’ll join the Business Intelligence team, guiding a group of talented analysts from around the world. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders — including Marketing, Product, and Leadership — to turn data into insights that fuel growth and innovation.

  • Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 analysts, fostering collaboration, learning, and data-driven excellence.
  • Contribute to the BI leadership team, shaping the strategic and operational direction of the department.
  • Build the future of analytics by recruiting top talent, setting clear goals, and supporting professional development.
  • Drive end-to-end projects, from data engineering and predictive modeling to experimentation and analysis.
  • Partner across teams to deliver clear, actionable insights that inform daily decisions.
  • Advise senior leaders with an entrepreneurial and analytical mindset to maximize the value of data assets.
  • Leverage modern tools and technologies to transform complex data into insights that improve product performance, marketing effectiveness, and user experience.


What you need;


  • Degree in a quantitative field and 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience mentoring and supporting team growth and development.
  • Proven ability in stakeholder collaboration and project management.
  • Strong commercial acumen — skilled at using data to drive business and product impact.
  • Advanced analytical and technical expertise in tools such as Python, SQL, AWS, Airflow, dbt, and Looker.
  • Solid grounding in statistics and predictive modeling, including correlation analysis, time-series forecasting, and regression.
  • A passion for translating data into measurable impact — driving growth, efficiency, and smarter decision-making.
  • AI fluency — adept at using tools like Claude, Copilot, or Codex to enhance coding, analysis, and planning, and capable of coaching others to leverage these tools effectively.
