Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled WordPress developer to join our team and help build, maintain, and optimise WordPress-based solutions for our clients. You'll work on diverse projects ranging from custom theme development to complex plugin creation, ensuring our WordPress implementations are robust, scalable, and user-friendly.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch
• Convert design mockups into responsive WordPress themes
• Integrate APIs and third-party services (e.g. payment gateways, content feeds)
• Write clean, well-structured, and testable code
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly
• Work with the team to plan, scope, and deliver new features
• Server Management in a CPanel environment
• Email Setup, Management & Support

Requirements

• Proven experience with WordPress and PHP development
• Experience with WYSIWYG Wordpress page builders
• Strong understanding of MySQL databases
• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (e.g. Vue.js, React) is a bonus
• Knowledge of version control (Git)
• Ability to work independently, liaise with clients, and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Project Management skills
• Living in Ireland
• Fluent in English language
