We’re seeking a Senior BizOps Engineer to join a global technology team focused on ensuring platform reliability, scalability, and performance. You’ll play a key role in supporting production systems, driving automation, and improving operational processes to deliver stable, fault-tolerant applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure application scalability, performance, and resilience.
- Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortems.
- Enhance automation and CI/CD processes to reduce manual intervention.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to improve reliability and monitoring.
- Support risk management, compliance, and operational readiness.
Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong scripting/coding skills (Python, Java, Go, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Chef).
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes preferred).
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace).
