Are you a skilled Project Manager with a passion for driving large-scale operational change?
We’re looking for an Operations Project Manager to play a key role in a global transformation initiative within a leading manufacturing and industrial technology organisation.
This is a pivotal opportunity to help shape the company’s journey toward operational excellence, supporting the rollout of a unified ERP platform and harmonized global business processes across regions. You’ll be at the heart of a multi-year transformation that will define how the organization operates for years to come.
What You’ll Do
As the Operations Project Manager, you’ll lead and coordinate project workstreams across operations and supply chain functions. You’ll collaborate closely with local process owners, system experts, and cross-functional leaders to deliver aligned, high-quality outcomes on time and within scope.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading workstreams within a global transformation program focused on operational and supply chain excellence.
- Planning, coordinating, and tracking deliverables across regions.
- Acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders, ERP teams, and functional experts.
- Managing risks, dependencies, and resources to ensure project success.
- Supporting requirements gathering, testing, and change management activities.
- Championing process harmonization and fostering adoption of new ways of working.
About You
You’re a structured, collaborative leader who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments. You can manage large-scale initiatives and inspire diverse teams through change. You’re equally comfortable managing plans as you are facilitating alignment across regions and cultures.
We’re looking for someone with:
- 5+ years’ experience in project management, ideally within global transformation programs.
- Proven success leading ERP implementations or process harmonization projects.
- Strong business process knowledge across operations and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead through influence and drive change across multiple regions.
- Experience with IFS Cloud or other major ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.).
- A degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- PMP, PgMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
