The Purpose of the HR Operations Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the HR department in various operational tasks. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism. The HR Operations Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all HR processes and procedures.

Key Tasks


  • Acting as front of house point of contact for day to day HR Queries.
  • Maintain and ensure efficient data entry of all relevant personnel records on the HRIS (CoreHR) and assist in the ongoing development of the system.
  • Maintain and ensure efficient systems for administrative records and personnel files.
  • Producing and running all HR reports, presentations and communications (CoreHR, Core Insights BI, Excel, Powerpoint, Taleo, email and social Media etc) in a timely and efficient manner as needed.
  • Supporting HR projects and contributing to companywide projects and initiatives such as employee opinion surveys, employee engagement programmes, health and wellbeing initiatives, DEIB administration and running of HR essentials workshops.
  • Liaise with payroll to ensure accurate execution of monthly payroll.
  • Analyzing and producing HR related information and statistics as required.
  • Recruitment administration, job advertisements, recruitment records, reporting and setting up and conducting of pre screenings, interviews, reference checking and exit interviews.
  • Work Closely with the HR Business Partner to plan, design and execute a number of process improvement projects.


What You Bring


  • Strong systems experience - knowledge of HR systems such as Core HR would be highly beneficial.
  • Previous experience creating reports and maintaining reports.
  • Experience maintaining and supporting HR databases and analyzing data & trends.
  • Excellent Excel/reporting skills.
  • Understanding of human resource processes and practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work in a fast paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment operating with the highest degree of accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Results focused with a demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent time management and Organisation skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative without close supervision as well as the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
