About the Role
We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join our growing team.
This person will take ownership of relationships with our clients in the real estate and finance industries — ensuring their marketing strategy, campaigns, and reporting are executed smoothly and deliver real business results.
You’ll act as the main point of contact for your clients, manage projects end-to-end, coordinate internal specialists, and make sure everything runs on time and with quality.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Manage advertising and analytics projects across Google, Meta, SEO and dashboards
- Translate business goals into actionable marketing plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, media, analytics, production)
- Track progress, manage timelines, and ensure client satisfaction
- Identify growth opportunities and upsell relevant services
What we expect
- 3+ years of experience in account or project management (agency background preferred)
- Solid understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proactive mindset and attention to detail
- Languages: strong English and Russian (Latvian is a big plus)
