Salary: €3,500–€7,000/month (gross) + equity
We’re building an AI-powered platform to automate procurement processes—one of the last business functions still stuck in emails and spreadsheets. Think “Salesforce for procurement.”
What You’ll Do
- Build our platform from scratch (no legacy code).
- Own core product areas—from backend data systems to AI automation tools.
- Solve complex data and integration problems using modern AI.
- Shape our tech stack, engineering culture, and company direction.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of backend development experience.
- Strong API and integration skills.
- Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI/ML or NLP.
- Worked with unstructured data or ERP systems.
- Familiarity with our stack: React/Next.js, Python/FastAPI, MongoDB, BAML.
- Startup experience.
