We are looking for Lead React Native Developer to join their team.


What You’ll Do:

• Build and enhance our React Native mobile app, delivering high-performance and feature-rich experiences.

• Integrate with GraphQL APIs using Apollo Client, or ramp up quickly if new to the tech.

• Collaborate with our native code across Android (Java/Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) modules.

• Develop Bluetooth-based functionality, particularly iBeacon device detection & attendance scanning.

• Implement UI with Material UI style principles—ensuring polished, intuitive workflows.

• Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and battery usage in real-world field conditions.

• Shape CI/CD pipelines, write clean tests, perform code reviews, and mentor team members.

• Lead the React Native development team.


Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.

• 3+ years in React Native, with strong JavaScript / TypeScript skills.

• Experience with GraphQL and Apollo Client, or eagerness to pick it up immediately.

• Proficiency in native mobile development (Android and/or iOS).

• Hands-on Bluetooth integration experience—ideally iBeacon or BLE scanning for physical proximity or attendance.

• Familiarity with Material UI or similar component frameworks.

• Strong foundation in version control (Git) and modern CI/CD workflows.

• Solid debugging, performance profiling, and mobile architecture skills.

• Excellent English communication and collaboration style.


Nice to Have:

• Expertise in mobile performance optimization, memory profiling.

• Knowledge of localization on mobile platforms.

• Experience mentoring developers or leading technical initiatives.

• Familiarity with real-time sync strategies, or offline-first mobile patterns.
