Despite the spotlight, we’re a humble team of 50+, moving fast and working collaboratively — and now we’re looking for a SERP Manager to get us to new hights!

Position Overview

You’ll drive the overall strategy to grow Pulsetto’s search presence, authority, and community visibility — spanning SEO, YouTube, Reddit, AI search, and Google Ads. Rather than executing every tactic yourself, you’ll lead, coordinate, and guide our marketing, content, and creative teams to deliver a unified organic and paid growth strategy.

Your mission will be to set direction, prioritize initiatives, and ensure execution quality — working cross-functionally to make Pulsetto the most visible and trusted brand in stress and nervous system wellness.

Your Day-to-Day

• Define and oversee SEO, YouTube, Reddit, AI search, and Google Ads strategies — ensuring all efforts align under one cohesive growth plan.
• Collaborate with internal specialists and external partners, setting priorities, reviewing their work, and guiding execution.
• Audit and challenge strategies for search visibility, content performance, and community engagement, ensuring best practices and innovation.
• Monitor performance across channels, connect insights to business goals, and lead strategic adjustments where needed.
• Champion cross-team collaboration between marketing, content, and creative functions to maximize visibility and ROI.
• Identify opportunities for experimentation and expansion, driving initiatives that push Pulsetto’s visibility to new levels.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years in SEO, growth, or performance marketing (preferably in DTC, healthtech, or wellness).
• Experience or some knowledge with YouTube SEO, Reddit community strategy, and Google Ads.
• Understanding of structured data and how AI search tools source and present brand information.
• Analytical mindset, but also creative — you think like a growth hacker and a strategist.
• Excellent communication and community empathy (you know how to engage, not just post).

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in medical device, neuroscience, or wellness niches.
• Familiarity with AI search optimization and brand presence tracking in ChatGPT/Perplexity.
• A proven record of organic community growth (Reddit, Discord, or similar).

Gross salary €3500-€5000 /month (depending on your experience) + additional bonuses
