DiPocket is a B2B2C Fintech offering turnkey white labelled embedded payments solutions ranging from financial apps for loyalty and customer acquisition to physical and virtual gift cards, to cards for disbursements (e.g. loans, gig economy, employee benefits) to wearables for cashless events. A principal member of Mastercard and VISA, DiPocket operates across the EEA with a focus on Central Europe and offers tokenizable cards in most European currencies. Established in 2015, DiPocket is an Authorized Electronic Money Institution regulated by the Bank of Lithuania as well as the FCA and employs a growing team of more than 100 people across its locations in Vilnius, London, Warsaw, and Kyiv. As a Business Analyst joining our team, your main responsibilities will include analyzing and documenting detailed functional and non-functional business requirements in a relevant, traceable, testable, and verifiable format. This will involve creating workflow diagrams, use cases, business rules analysis, process flows, data flows, and test cases.


  • What would you do?
  • Lead business and IT analysis within payments and open banking domains.
  • Prepare clear and structured specifications using diagrams and tables.
  • Develop user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams (covering both “Happy Path” and “Alternative Path” scenarios).
  • Gather and negotiate business requirements with stakeholders, clients, vendors, and product teams.
  • Support system change processes from requirements definition through implementation.
  • Understand internal stakeholders’ needs by analyzing data from finance, sales, legal, compliance, and other teams.
  • Participate in system maintenance and incident handling as part of the final support line.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation standards and practices.


  • What would we expect from you?
  • 3-4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst within the banking or financial services sector, preferably in a fintech.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience working with payments domain (SEPA, SWIFT, Domestic Payments, virtual IBANs).
  • Strong Experience with process analysis, requirements gathering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Understanding technical aspects/requirements of IT systems.
  • Knowledge of IT architectures for financial systems.
  • Experience in API specification analysis.
  • Fluent written and spoken in English.


  • What would we consider as an advantage?
  • Open Banking domain knowledge is considered as a huge advantage.
  • Understanding of AML workflows.
  • Experience in automation projects
  • Experience in the position of technical business analyst or system analyst.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL(Oracle), REST API.
  • Experience across the card payments ecosystem, including acquiring, issuing, and major networks (VISA, Mastercard).
