Job Description

Intelligent Automation Tribe is a part of Technology & Services, established as a part of the BWOW structure. This unit democratizes and delivers intelligent & tactical automation solutions that save the bank's costs and improve quality, compliance, and delivery speed, catering to the needs of the entire bank.

We have a solid automation culture at Danske Bank. The Intelligent Automation Tribe is home for enabling the organization to capture benefits while waiting for the strategic systems or complete process transformation, development and maintenance of all new and existing intelligent automation solutions, expertise of industry's best practices, innovations, and standards creation.

The Intelligent Automation Tribe consists of 60 employees with various backgrounds and skill sets within the field of automation technologies (IT Software Engineers, Business Analysts, and IT Platform Engineers). We are an international team located in Lithuania and India.

The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

You will:

  • Identify automation candidates (RPA, RDA, scripts, etc.) through process screening, analysis, and Gemba meetings to ensure a continuous and valuable backlog
  • Collect process requirements and prepare Process Definition Documents (PDDs) for selected automation candidates
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders (e.g., Team Leads, SMEs); promote tribe services and act as a bridge between developers and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration
  • Ensure a smooth automation delivery cycle by following up on issues and removing impediments
  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of standards to support a more efficient and structured way of working
  • Provide ongoing support for implemented automation solutions (RPA, RDA, scripts, etc.), including maintenance and continuous improvement

About you:

  • Ability to analyze, evaluate, document and optimize workflows and business processes
  • Experience working with business stakeholders in cross-functional environment, demonstrating strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
  • Well-organized and able to manage tasks effectively, have ‘yes we can’ attitude and creative problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate decisiveness in solving business problems and identifying priorities
  • Thrive in an agile environment with a proactive attitude, ensuring full responsibility for outcomes and deliverables
  • Strong interest in IT and automation, with a proactive approach to exploring new opportunities
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Experience in data analysis would be beneficial

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2880 EUR to 4320 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
