State Research Institute Nature Research Centre is seeking to employ a Project Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
• Conduct continuous searches for new projects and commissioned research opportunities.
• Coordinate the preparation and verification of project documentation and applications.
• Provide consultations to the Institution’s staff on project implementation matters.
• Liaise between the Institution’s staff and organizations or institutions preparing project proposals.
• Perform ongoing monitoring of the Institution’s implemented projects.
• Carry out other tasks related to project implementation.
Requirements:
• Higher education degree and at least 2 years of experience in project identification, management, or administration. Managerial experience will be considered an advantage.
• Impeccable professional reputation.
• Knowledge of general project management principles.
• Familiarity with Horizon Europe and other international project programmes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian.
• Excellent command of English.
• Ability to apply innovations and new approaches when preparing applications and identifying new opportunities.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, responsibility, initiative, and ability to work effectively in a team.
